Gonçalo, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly friendly and professional. He went out of his way to provide us with the best recommendations and made our stay truly memorable. the location of the hostel was perfect, situated near the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. the room was spacious and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two washrooms available for our use. the kitchen and dining area were great for socializing, and we appreciated the thoughtful design touches such as USB plugs and hanging baskets by each bunk bed. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hostel had a warm and friendly environment. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to both the city center and the airport. It made it very convenient for us to explore the city and travel to and from the airport. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, giving us a good start to our day of exploring.

That the room tended to get a bit hot and humid, as there was no air conditioning. This made it a little uncomfortable, especially during the night.

The staff was mind-blowing! Goncalo provided jaw-dropping recommendations that made our stay super enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy parking, and all the bars and restaurants were just a short walk away. The breakfast consisted of regional treats and there was free wi-fi, a shared kitchen, and laundry facilities. The spacious rooms had air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and even cots for our little one. We had a fantastic stay with amazing service and couldn't have asked for more!

I had an exceptional stay at this cool lodging opportunity in Ponta Delgada. The recently renovated spaces had a modern yet soulful charm that added to the coziness of my double room. The breakfast provided was delicious and the location was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot. The host was knowledgeable and took the time to offer valuable advice and insights into living in the Azores. I had a fantastic experience at Holy Cow - Hostel & Suites.

One minor drawback was that some rooms faced the street, resulting in occasional traffic noise. Additionally, parking space was limited outside the property, requiring a bit of extra time to find a spot.
